Çeşme Hotel & Tourism Associations aims are to aid in the elevation of the number of potential tourists and the quality of Çeşme & Alaçatı tourism by supporting members and undertaking initiatives and collaborations on behalf of the region.

The Çeşme Hoteliers Association was established in 1990 to bring together a few hoteliers looking for a solution to common problems and progress; however, it did not show much activity until 1998. The formation of the new board of directors in 1998 focused on the issues and expectations of tourism by incorporating all the large and small hotels in Çeşme. ÇEŞTOB aim is to increase the number of potential tourists and the quality of Çeşme tourism by making important initiatives and collaborations on behalf of Çeşme. They use traditional and digital media and other promotional activities promoting ÇEŞTOB members and Çeşme abroad. The association organises training courses and follows the process closely so stakeholders can stand out for better service quality. The association is inclusive and is not only for hotels but also grocery stores, beach clubs, and other businesses, as well as everyone from kumru sandwich outlets to fish restaurants. The association acts as a bridge between union members and state bodies and supports qualified employment.

The Alaçatı Tourism Association was established in 2007, and its primary goal is the protection, development and promotion of Alaçatı life, as defined in the vision-mission declaration. Today (summer 2024), there is a member profile consisting of 135 hotels and restaurants operating in Alaçatı and private and legal persons belonging to other sectors (real estate, architecture office, organisation company, etc.). Their association, renewed with the elections held every two years, consists of seven full members and seven substitute members. In addition, they have Supervisory and Advisory Boards. The operating scheme is based on sub-working groups (committees) formed by the board of directors. Their primary working groups are in a range that can also be diversified according to periodic needs such as Promotion, Infrastructure, Quality, Noise Control, and Festivals.
