Other Miray Cruising Notes

The cruise is from Turkiye to Greece, an EU member state whose entry is subject to a Schengen visa, which is the traveller’s responsibility. The cruise line also requires that the passenger have a valid passport with a +6 months expiration date at the time of embarkation. In the interests of safety, passengers with a chronic illness or disability must inform the crew, and passengers are not permitted to travel from their 22nd week of pregnancy. An obligatory ship safety drill will be held before the ship’s departure.

Passengers should pack a thin cardigan, shawl, jacket or windbreaker, comfortable walking shoes, swimsuits, slippers, sunscreen, sunglasses, hats, and beach clothes. Beach clothing and slippers are not permitted in the restaurant or casino, and it is recommended to wear flat shoes. There are no extravagant events on these Greek island cruises, such as the captain’s dinner or table, so suit and tie or evening gowns are unnecessary.

Spa services are subject to reservation and a fee. The casino, duty-free, and kids’ club do not operate while the ship is in port. Smoking and vaping are restricted to designated open areas on the boat.
